Refund and Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, if you receive an item that has been damaged, you must return the item (you pay the shipping and handling fees) for a store credit or a replacement item.
You must provide a photo/proof that the item upon removing it from the packaging was damaged. If there is an issue with your order, please feel free to reach out to me via email (beglamcreations@gmail.com)
Damage claims HAVE TO BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

Note: We cannot be held accountable for ANY items that are too big or too small, nor can we be held accountable for any items that have been washed, worn, or ironed – once you wear it, wash it, and/or iron it, it is no longer the property of Be Glam Creations.
